NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Tunkhannock Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building located at 1557 Long Pond Road, Pennsylvania, on November 20, 2024, beginning at 9:00 AM.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the Short-Term Rental Appeal of Marina Feldberg for the Revocation of STR Permit for 6 moths pursuant to STR Ordinance 2019-001 for property address 167 Valley View Drive, Albrightsville, PA 18210, Indian Mountain Lake.
The premises is located at 167 Valley View Drive, Albrightsville, PA 18210, Indian Mountain Lake, Tunkhannock Township, Pennsylvania and currently owned by Lilya Tamakhina, 2930 West 5th Street, Apt 17J, Brooklyn, NY 11224, Tax ID number 20.8J.2.14.
A copy of the Short-Term Rental Appeal Application to the Board of Supervisors is available for inspection at the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building during regular business hours or at www.longpondpa.com
The public and all interested people are invited to attend the public hearing and to present any relevant evidence in connection with the application.

NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Tunkhannock Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building located at 1557 Long Pond Road, Pennsylvania, on September 18, 2024, beginning at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the application of Queen of Peace Missionary c/o Gregory Nam for conditional use approval pursuant to Section 1208, et al. of the Tunkhannock Township Zoning Ordinance to use Parcel 20.9.1.2, for a proposed trail and religious monuments associated with a future cemetery development.
The premises is located on the border of Tunkhannock and Penn Forest Township with access off Meckesville Road in Penn Forest Township, Tunkhannock Township, Pennsylvania and currently owned by Queen of Peace Missionary, Tax ID number 20.9.1.2 and in a R-1 Low Density, single Family Housing, Residential Zone.
